ST Creative Wellbeing is a community-focused creative practice led by Syeda Taiyebunnahar, a freelance Art & Wellbeing Facilitator.
We deliver inclusive art and wellbeing workshops that support mental wellbeing, confidence and social connection. Our work is rooted in creating safe, welcoming spaces where individuals can explore creativity in a relaxed and supportive environment.
